Robotization and advanced devices have become for the warehouse what highways are for transport - an axis without which it would be difficult to imagine the functioning of a modern State. The name of our company, whose history spans over two decades, refers directly to the main highway and its huge role in the communication system. It emphasizes the exceptional importance of modern devices, and is also intended to make us realize what automation is for the modern warehouse: the core of all internal logistics operations.
What do we produce?
Many warehouse automation devices are manufactured under the A1 Sorter brand. Our company logo can be found on sorters, conveyors, warehouse lifts, specialist systems, order picking tables and of course on many accessories.
A1 Sorter devices are fully compliant with European requirements and directives, and we only use top-quality components for their production. We are supplied with branded components by renowned suppliers such as Siemens, SEW Eurodrive, Datalogic, Sick, Lenz and Ammeraal Beltech.
How do we produce?
Our production halls are equipped with highly advanced machines that allow us to produce devices precisely and, what is extremely important, with repeatable, high quality. However, advanced technology would be nothing without people. A1 Sorter employees are experienced specialists, and experienced engineering staff is a guarantee of both the company's uninterrupted operation and the flawless execution of orders for customers.
The world is moving forward, and we are keeping up. We have a research and development office that develops new production methods and constantly improves existing solutions. We are helped in this by active cooperation with university centers and numerous scientific institutions.
Who do we produce for?
A1 Sorter brand products appear wherever automation of warehouse processes is necessary. Our offer is directed to logistics centers, e-commerce companies and manufacturing companies. On the other hand, integrators and distribution companies - by purchasing A1 Sorter warehouse automation, will limit the number of suppliers and exclude the risk of improper cooperation of different devices.
A1 Sorter's client can count on special treatment. We assign a consultant to each contractor, whose task is to provide all assistance in handling the order, supervision over the schedule and course of work. We do not use service templates or rigid rules, because companies have different needs. Our attitude is expressed in individual business talks and separate arrangements regarding orders.
