Gravity Conveyors
Gravity roller conveyors do not have their own power source. Loads are moved by their own weight and an appropriately selected angle of inclination - thanks to the force of gravity and manual movement - manual force. Devices of this type are often used as buffers on transport lines, connectors and end stations. The available curve conveyors with different radii and angle connectors provide great freedom in configuring systems. Gravity roller conveyors are designed for loads of regular shapes - cartons, boxes, crates weighing no more than 50 kg.
Gravity arc 30°
The gravity arc changes the direction of the object's movement. It can be installed at an angle or horizontally. When installed at an angle, the speed of the transported objects increases in proportion to the degree of inclination. The device consists of a steel frame bent at an angle of 30°, six rollers...
Gravity arc 45°
The gravity arc changes the direction of the object's movement. It can be installed at an angle or horizontally. When installed at an angle, the speed of the transported objects increases in proportion to the degree of inclination. The device consists of a steel frame bent at an angle of 45°, nine rollers...
60° Gravity Arc
The gravity uk changes the direction of the object's movement. It can be installed at an angle or horizontally. When set at an angle, the speed of the transported objects increases in proportion to the degree of inclination. The device consists of a steel frame bent at an angle of 60°, nine rollers...
Gravity arc 90°
The gravity arc changes the direction of the object's movement. It can be installed at an angle or horizontally. When installed at an angle, the speed of the transported objects increases in proportion to the degree of inclination. The device consists of a steel frame bent at an angle of 90°, eighteen rollers...
30° angle connector
The angle connector, depending on its location, helps to introduce loads onto the main line or lead them onto the side line. The speed of the transported items increases with the angle of inclination of this section. The device consists of a steel frame shaped at an angle of 30°, straight rollers...
45° angle connector
The angle connector, depending on its location, helps to introduce loads onto the main line or lead them onto the side line. The speed of the transported items increases with the angle of inclination of this section. The device consists of a steel frame shaped at a 45° angle, straight rollers...
