Skypod ® helps operators prepare orders by transporting items stored in totes or trays between our racks and picking stations. These autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), or automated warehouse robots, are programmed to prioritize the most urgent orders received through our software, ensuring the fastest and most efficient order fulfillment.
Skypods operate in a closed and human-free environment. This reduces the risk of pedestrian traffic in the warehouse and drastically improves on-site efficiency. As your operations change, our Skypod robots can be added or removed from your system in minutes to support throughput needs without disruption.
Warehouse shelves
Our shelving is designed to maximize the storage space available in your warehouse, offering optimal storage solutions.
Their modular design allows them to be configured to meet a wide range of warehouse sizes. With a maximum height of 12 meters (39 feet), the racks provide up to five times greater storage density than non-automated warehouse solutions.
Containers
The modular design of the racks also allows for rapid deployment. This is a huge advantage when you consider the time it would take to implement traditional automation, or when you consider the expansion schedules of an existing Skypod ® system. In fact, additional racks can be added to the system with minimal disruption to operations.
In addition, our racks meet FM Global regulations regarding automatic sprinklers.
Our storage bins are designed to hold a variety of storage units. These recycled plastic bins are available in a variety of heights and can be divided into multiple compartments to further increase storage density.
Depending on the size of the stored items, containers are available in three heights:

+ 320mm (12.6")
+ 420mm (16.5")
The containers can be divided into 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 compartments using removable plastic dividers.
This warehouse organization technique allows items that are frequently ordered from the same location to be placed in the same container, further increasing overall efficiency.
Trays
To maximize your existing infrastructure, we have designed trays that support many existing case sizes and fulfillment containers.
These trays eliminate the need to pour into Exotec® containers where possible and are suitable for cartons up to 600 x 400 x 400 mm (23.5 x 15.5 x 15.5 in).
